The Garden Gully Gold Project comprises a 677km2 tenure package covering the Abbotts Greenstone Belt (AGB). The project has multiple gold prospects along the belt and includes the Crown Prince Gold Mine.
The Abbotts greenstone belt is a structurally deformed Archean-age package of mafic, ultramafic, and felsic volcaniclastic rocks that is prospective for gold and base metal deposits. Gold mineralisation is associated with quartz veins in various rock types including sediments, volcaniclastics, mafics and ultramafics, and has a spatial association with the northeast trending Abernethy Shear Zone which may represent the northern extension of a major structure which passes through the large Big Bell deposit.
NMG has a strong pipeline of exploration and development prospects at its flagship Garden Gully Gold Project
